We are working on a new meeting schedule for 2013 starting in April. Meetings will be held monthly at the Lee County building at 1500 Monroe in Fort Myers. More details will be released soon but please pencil in April 9th on your calendar.

There will not be a general meeting nor a Civil3D SIG meeting in the month of December for the Southwest Florida Autodesk Professionals user group. We are working on plans for January but due to the New Years holiday we will either cancel the general meeting or move it to another date.

The November 2009 meeting of the Southwest Florida Civil3D User Group is Wednesday, November 11th. Brian Morse from Advanced Surveying Technology will lead a discussion on optimizing your computer to work with Civil 3D, but much of the recommendations can be applied to other versions of AutoCAD. Discussion will cover 32 bit versus 64 bit operating systems, hardware, software settings and optimal data management techniques.
