civil3d2010boxThe November 2009 meeting of the Southwest Florida Civil3D User Group is Wednesday, November 11th.  Brian Morse from Advanced Surveying Technology will lead a discussion on optimizing your computer to work with Civil 3D, but much of the recommendations can be applied to other versions of AutoCAD.  Discussion will cover 32 bit versus 64 bit operating systems, hardware, software settings and optimal data management techniques.  This is a great opportunity to find out how to get more out of your computer.

About the Speaker

Brian Morse began his extensive CAD experience as an AutoCAD/DCA user in the late 1980’s working on land development projects. He spent 6 years providing technical support at Softdesk (and Autodesk) on their Civil/Survey products. Mr. Morse moved to Florida to provide training and support for another Autodesk reseller for 4 years. Prior to acquiring Advanced Surveying Technology, Mr. Morse owned and operated BrianMorse.com for 4 years as an independent CAD consultant.
